Transition! One gets out of bed of a morning, and while taking something into the tank to boost the awakening thinks: the coffee smells different, the tea has a different colour, and so on; and one broods some more. Then maybe one thinks, I have changed. I am different!

In my case that is not so. I think: The sky looks different, the leaves outside my window look different, the smell of the air is sharper. It is just the day, which is different; and the colours of the day change daily.

This work represents just one sunrise to sunset, from green earth to blue skies, and a brilliance of sunlight to give the transition impetus.
